I just got back from Taekwondo training, and for the first time in a long time my ankles made themselves well known to me. WELL KNOWN. Or at least my left one has. When I was 13 I had me feet operated on, (freaky me having an extra bone in my ankle joints, and being the mutant that am, they became wrapped in fibers that attached throughout my foot and then they pulled tight causing rather intense pain). Result: Ankle joints carved out. Sometimes I can go months without any pain, but whatever way I landed that last kick I want to go running for best joint supplements I can find. I want my mommy. :-(
